Information About Me

Jack Kearney Biography:    I am a real estate consultant and investor who specializes in income properties in the Metro Portland market. I have been a licensed real estate professional since 2002 and an investor since 2001.

I am a former attorney with experience in business planning, taxation, and real estate analysis and operations. I do not work as an attorney for my real estate clients, but my consulting, negotiation, and transactional skills are deeply entwined with my legal background.

I am a licensed developer/general contractor with practical experience in construction. I have access to many quality contractors, whom I gladly refer to my real estate clients.

On the investment side, I own several investment properties.  This allows me to provide value-added advice to my clients based on hands-on experience, not simply what I read in a book, heard at a seminar, or saw in an infomercial.
